G30 530Dx Cardon clean - What adaptations need reset?

Hi Guy's,

Recently carbon cleaned on my 530dx MY18 the following components listed below, after getting intake motor jam and PM sensor efficiency errors due to carbon build up and ask what adaptations do i need to reset as i have a left over code that keeps cropping up after 2 days of reset, '2BB100' PM efficiency too low, even replaced the PM sensor but this error it still comes back, no other errors.

Further investigation using idle check in ISTA showed Cylinder 1 injector past upper limit although overall operability is green\OK and so just done an adaptation reset on all injectors, reset adaptations for the EGR cooler and DPF when cleaned but unsure if more adaptations need resetting for this work?

Using ISTA+ 4.32

Components cleaned...
Intake manifold and S-flaps
EGR cooler
EGR valve
DPF cat
Before DPF O2 sensor (Showed up as slow response - now fixed)

Any guidance appreciated, thanks.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply!

But OP said that he replaced the sensor and the problem is still there.

My check engine light is currently on and I have 26gr of soot and 0,5gr of ash.

And I just forced a regen a week ago. Could it be anything else? Because my mechanic doesn’t have a clue what it is.

Thanks!

Would love to know how to access ISTA idle check. I find the software so obvious in some ways but difficult to locate things at times.

I use bimmerlink. The dashboard with the values are quite useful!
