I'm dealing with Bavaria...

I live closer to Edm BMW, but the guy I talked to there at first was a jackass, and then it took them two weeks to e-mail me back...whereas at Bavaria the guy seemed pretty informed and upfront about how the ordering works, etc, and even offered to let me drie a 328i to get an idea before I had even asked.

The guy at Edm. was all about trying to upsell me to the 135 from the 128, didn't really answer any of the questions I had, and at frist was saying their deposit was non-fundable (which later on a different salesperson told me it was)...

But that's just been my experience so far.

who did you talk to at edm bmw ? they were really nice to me, took me for a drive in a 335i, it had 7 km on it, and he let me bag the @#$! outta it.... had it up to 160 km just between 34th and 50th industrial park.

I'm with Bavaria BMW mostly cause it's on the way to work for me and it's the dealership with a longer history.
Had a nice chat on the phone with one of there seals staff.

I spoke to a guy names Joe I think...he was bit of an older guy(50 ish??).

Maybe the difference was that the guy at Bavaria was closer to my age, and didn't automatically assume that because I was younger, and wearing a t-shirt that I wasn't serious about being able to buy a BMW:wink:

Or maybe it was just luck of the draw, either way that's who got my deposit for an order...but the deal isn't yet, and as for getting it serviced, I'll probably try Edm. just because it's so much closer

I'm in Calgary but I've also heard that Bavaria has a better rep than Edmonton BMW. Obviously not from first hand experience. But just thought I'd toss in what I'd heard.

Also it seems that every time I get lost in Edmonton I always wind up at or near Bavaria BMW...

I bought mine at Bavaria, great service. Didn't have the same feel at EDMONTON BMW.

I visited both Edmonton BWM and Bavaria but went with Bavaria only because the stock they had coming in was what I was looking for. Now that I've been to Bavaria a few time, I do like the idea of hanging out there during service calls - nice cappuccino machine....
