There's an orange handle (straight line in the pic) to the left of the oil cap. Could be it?

^ all I see is what looks like a red battery cable and a place to give or get a jump, similar to my e46 ZHP...

But I've been looking at the computer screen all day, so I could be blind or see'ing the wrong thing...

Answers:
N52 and N54 do not have dipsticks
Master cylinder is under the fuse box compartment cover, up by the windshield wipers
N54 doesn't have power steering (kidding). The reservoir is hidden, but on the drivers side, hidden by the radiator.

I thought the turbos were on the passenger side on the engine...looks like the intakes and airbox are on the driver side?

It's not the most elegant mess of intake piping I've ever seen...usually the airbox is on the same side as the turbo(s)

There isn't a dipstick on the N52 or N54. Take a look at the rest of the thread.

I like the "guy in the shorts" answer. Bonus points!!

No, I don't think they'll be easy to replace. This picture shows just the exhaust manifold/turbos/wastegates/cooling/cats (never mind all the rest of the components in the area). The turbos are items 2 and 5 (yeah, they are small snails):
