Efficient Dynamics Engine Shut-Off on 135i

Hi Guys,

randomly browsing the BMW website on efficient dynamics, I may have switched over to the european website on the hatchbacks... but it said that efficient dynamics, amongst other things, has a feature (which you might be able to disable... so to say) that automatically turns off the engine while cruising or breaking, like before a stop sign, then automatically turns it on as soon as you let go of the brake...
or something along those lines...

does anyone know if this technology applies to canadian 135is?

Because, as a treehugger, that would help me sleep SO much (when not driving like a madman, of course).

No, not for the 6 cylinders. The European four cylinders get it, IIRC.
