Well, you're going to have some stiff competition. BMW is offering a bunch of OEM carbon fiber parts.

Depends on the price. How much do you think it will cost for the interior door handle bar, the dash trim and the trim around the shifter.

The BMW OEM trims are expensive but if your price point is right you will be able to sell. I would certainly be interested in those items above but not at bmw's price.

well when i get started (when my buddy will let me dismantle his car) I will get started. OEM trims are pretty easy and cheep to make so yeah they should be cheeper by far. The hard stuff is the exterior. If someone wants to allow me to take apart there car Free Stuff Will be in there neer future

Garage List
2008 135i  [0.00]
cfcreations, your idea and approach are great. Make good quality proper fit cf accessories for a price that equals value. Most here are enthusiasts, not necessarly wealthy. If we go with non BMW accessories, then it's for price. My suggestion is to draw up a 'brochure' that might indicate the parts you'd offer and a general price range or price point that they could be. I will have a black on black 135i and a little cf detailing would be really hot - if I can afford it. Thanks for reaching out to us.

For me it depends on the CF weave. I like a small tight weave and I like a dark color. Can you post pics of samples?

Maybe you could make the shifter surround with a coin tray angled with the dash instead of under it. Just a thought...

The Carbon Fiber I use is a dark color. I can do dry CF and Wet CF. The Carbon Kevlar has a yellow weave in it. you can also get it in different colors like Red, Bue, So on and so forth. I want to start making things within the next few months. As for pics I have no camera right now I dont know where I put it

Im interested in a rear spoiler like the Tii, a rear diffuser (the Tii one is ok but id like something more radical), front splitters, possibly mirrors, interior trim, and a ROOF with the fin in CF too.

Im looking for eyelids too but Id paint those AW along with side skirts. Possibly a roof spoiler (CF with a CF roof or AW with an AW roof).

When you find your camera post some pics because the weave is most important to me. Someone mentioned fitment, but I am assuming the fitment is FLAWLESS. Id never purchase anything that didnt fit perfectly. Ive seen some black CF that looks silverish and I prefer it on the dark side.

I would be interested in front splitter since the BMW ones won't fit the stock 135i bumper

SUMMER! Oh man! Well atleast I will have had the car for a while. Though if you get CF paddles done right, the wait will be well worth it and you can put me on the top of the list for that one!!!

How about CF gas cap?

So many ideas stirring up in my head.
