Psngr Side Wind Noise

I'm experiencing the following issue and was wondering if anyone else is: the passenger side window has a very noticeable wind "wistle" or "noise" coming from it. It's noticeable regardless of which way we are traveling so I know it's not just a strong wind in one direction or the other and nothing is visiably out of alignemnt. Anyone ??

Nothing here yet, but the passenger window doesn't roll all the way down into the door like the driver's window, anyone else notice that?
