In order to program a BMW, you need an OPS head w/OBDII, MOST, and LAN cables, an SSS computer with the latest version of Progman, and a Deutronics power supply. All of that is going to cost several thousand dollars, assuming BMW will even let you have it.
That won't do anything. BMWs are a lot like computers (pre plug-and-play); you need to install drivers for a new piece of hardware to work. You can't install a video card, unplug the computer, and expect it to work as soon as you restore power. |
