GA water ban and car washing

So, for you Georgians on municipal water, how do you deal with washing your car? Do you just do it anyway or do you take a bucket to the nearest coin op and go easy with the pressure? No one wants to try to polish and stuff at those places, but if you drive it home to polish it, the car's going to be a little dusty, at least.

my 135 should be here in late June and it's going to get more frequent baths than my current beater...somehow.

Talking about washing. Does BMW still have in affect the engine washing ban? When I owned a 2001 M3 I received a letter from BMW basically telling me not to wash the engine at all.

Never wash your engine...too many electronics and too many nooks where you can get standing water...spray some cleaner on a towel and wipe clean only...back in the day where everything was mechanical, it was a different story...

It seems to be ok to fill your swimming pool, if you have one...how many car washings does it take to fill a pool?

I have always ignored the ban...sorry but that is just the truth. I have to keep my cars clean and I must do it by hand. Noone touches my cars but me.
