Navi after bought
Is it possible to buy the Navi after you have the car? like how it comes when you buy it with it?

That's just simply false. For one, the Navi option is $2100, either way you need to purchase the parts. Selling the car as new would give you a huge hit, because you lost the immediate depreciation already. The retrofit has been done before, and it's as simple as cutting the dashboard, purchasing all the required equipment, and hooking it up. |

Where has it been done before? It is nowhere near as simple as hacking your dash apart, slapping the parts (which will cost a lot more than $2100) together, and enjoying your iDrive.

A quick Google search took me to this thread: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=131416&page=1. This is on a 335, and it definitely doesn't seem as simple as "cutting the dashboard, purchasing all the required equipment, and hooking it up". Not to mention that your hack job on your car wouldn't be warranted by BMW.
IMO, if one were to sell a 135, there'd probably never be a better time than now, with supplies still limited and dealers not discounting much. |

i have a feeling, if i wanted to, i would have to bring it to a BMW, and they might be able to do it..but it prolly will cost more then the navi originally costs
