New Air Filter from K&N
Here are the specs for this new product. I hope it works!!

Yeap, or at least that what it looks like. I just got the e-mail from K&N yesterday. At least is more affordable, I believe you can get it for $50.00.

I think the air filter is only for euro spec car because it looks rounded which
I have stock round filter. For the U.S spec car, the filter looks like square. Right? If we get this filter, it will have more performance sound? Just curious.

I got a call from K&N yesterday and I drop my car off next week for a week. They are going to fit an Intake for it. So hopefully they will get all the US parts made.

Yeah i have been waiting for that complete kit too since October last year after the dyno test ... sign
my car had max. 7 hp gain with the prototype typhoonkit installed . hopefully the final product will have more performances improvement . i received a mail from the k&n europe 6 weeks ago . they said the development has reached the last stage . the production will start this summer . but i want the picture's and spec's !! Greetings from the country of weed and tulips to you all :-) |

Ya i want more info on this. I just cant see spending $400 or more on a CF intake when its basically the same damn thing, just prettier

Just FYI, most of you probably already know this, but the GruppeM intake uses a K&N air filter. You definitely want to enclose the air filter and isolate it from the hot engine compartment.
