Anyone know any lawyers that get moving violations dismissed?

Before everyone asks... No i didnt get a violation in my car.

I used to know a guy who had an attorney that would get any ticket, except DUI, dismissed for $500. I'm not in contact with the guy and I lost the attorney's info.

Im trying to help someone out so any information is appreciated.
