Houston: BMW West >>>> BMW North

I placed an order for a 135i with BMW North (1960 & 45) on 04/24/08. When I placed the order, the manager told me they would discuss price when the car got here. A few weeks later my salesman left and I ended up getting passed around the other salesmen like a redheaded stepchild.

After more than a month I did not have a production number, so I went to the manager and confronted him. He managed to get me a production number but that when we realized they had messed up the order and had the wrong transmission and wrong options. Luckily it was 112 and they managed to change it.

Well the other day I was on here looking at the good deals people were getting at the dealership and I decided I had best start negotiating with BMW North. I emailed BMW North and I got this response "Steven, we did not discuss pricing because we do not discount or negotiate".

That shocked me, so I contacted a BMW West where a fellow member had got a good deal and BMW West immediately offered me the good deal and said they had allocations available and could get me into production in the next week or two.

I gave BMW North one more chance to match, they told me "We do not discount, good luck". So today I placed a new order with BMW West, great experience and will receive my production number tomorrow.

I know some of you have orders at BMW North, but they did not handle my account correctly and I did not like their attitude either.

No problem Steven. Like I said I am happy that you got off on the MSRP. Hey Steven you know what, even the same treatment was given to me at BMW north it was Todd (may be Tedd).No discount on MSRP they really suck....

oh nice, which SA or CA did you speak with? And you guys went to West? Not 59 Momentum right? I would like to be able to get 1000 off MSRP as well. Thankyou.
