I've tried searching this everywhere, but can't find an answer.

Has anybody in Canada gotten an extended warranty for this issue? The US for sure does, but not sure if it extends. Cause it's a BMW North America bulletin.

I replaced the upper actuator last summer, cause that's easy enough. Now I'm sure the lower has failed. The uppers stay open all the time, not ideal when we went through -30 the last week. And there's a code for the lowers "blocked during initialization"
