2018 540d xDrive - Not getting any power to phone charging cradle, usb ports.

Where to look and what to do?

1st place I'd look is fuses. There should be a map on the panel cover or in the owners manual.

Agree, but not sure that would be it unless there is a direct short. What on those circuits could otherwise draw enough current to blow a fuse? Maybe a loose wire somewhere, although that is of course hard to find. Any codes? Good luck with it though. --Bob
