Has anyone had an Autowatch Ghost immobiliser fitted to their PHEV 530e or 545e ?

Interested to hear if it works ok without any glitches just like on a normal petrol or diesel car.

I’ve read PHEV’s being more complex suffer issues with the Ghost but my installer is adamant it is totally fine.

I had a Ghost removed from my last petrol BMW and it was excellent. Thinking about having it put in my 2021 G30 545e but concerned as the car is obviously rather different in the way it works shifting power around.

Also stuff like, for example, the fact you open the door and the car just shuts off … which a normal combustion engined BMW doesn’t do.
