3D Design Diffuser

Anybody have a 3D Design diffuser on an M550i? I emailed IND Distribution and they insist this diffuser will not work with the stock M550i exhaust. Will it work with another exhaust (like the Eisenmann)? Here is the diffuser I’m referring to:

We make that style diffuser and have installed them in a bunch of M550s. I'm not not sure if we changed the design to work with stock tips but the link is below with photos.
