Super customer care from Gill @ tirerack
I bought new wheels, tires, sensors for my 1. They came in two days. The right rear had no air when installed on the car. Went to one of the installers Tire rack approved to see what the problem was. Turns out ,the sensor was out of whack somehow but the tech was able to repair. In the process of removing /replacing the tire he scrached my wheel. They were willing to have the wheel looked at by The Wheel DR. Said they could "fix it"
I let Gill know about my wheel. Tirerack is sending out a new wheel and tire. I have been modding cars for a long time and delt with all kinds of folks good and bad.....Let me say this now.. Tire Rack and Gill do the right thing! To some vendors that was a grey area and some would have played the "blame game" Tirerack didn't fool around.....They did the right thing Thank You Gill, Tim in TN |

I second this. I had some problems with my wheels and Gill was very helpful in remedying the situation.
I think everyone should give him a call if they are looking for wheels.
