2017 G30 iDrive programmable 1-7 buttons phantom touch

Hey, my idrive programmable buttons activate with no one touching (shows long press to save). I’ve wiped it several times, doesn’t fix it. I have reset the buttons (by holding 1 and 7, didn’t fix,reset idrive (30 sec hold power button, didn’t work). I want to know if it’s possible to code those set of buttons out and if more specific. The particular button (for me it’s number 3 )

I'm having the same issue on my 17 540i G30, number 3 keeps trying to save while driving. did you ever figure it out? I thought it may have been heat related since the car was hot when this happened.
