Hi guys, I was recently interested in getting a 5 series and was deciding what options I should be looking for, I noticed one with these metallic buttons which looked nice but cannot find anything about the option which gives these (to narrow the search). Does anyone know what option includes this?

Temu, Aliexpress and Ebay will sell you fake metallic buttons, crystal shifter, etc.

However, there is an option in modern BMWs called "galvanic controls" which changes some of the standard black buttons with galvanized versions:
