Can't get Torque app to reset P codes (OBD2)

Anyone know if there is some trick that I'm missing to reset P codes on the OBD2 system with the Torque app? When I try to reset it (without the car running), they clear but then I go and immediately scan for codes again (car still not running) and the codes are still there.

Both codes are for emissions (evap and catalyst permeance codes) which I have fixed. I can't seem to clear the codes to see if they come back again.

Nevermind. Finally got it. For future reference...

1. Foot off brake. Press start button once.
2. Clear codes.
3. Press start button again.
4. Close door and lock car for *some amount of time*.

Apparently, if you clear the codes and don't let the car completely shut off (not just go to sleep) it may not actually clear the codes.
