Do you clean BEHIND the spokes?

I do. The area behind the spokes of the 264 wheels is so visible that I feel the need to clean it each time I wash the car. It makes a huge difference to me.

ya i do it with my finger. my wheel brushes wont really get back there well. but its def noticable after you clean the front of the wheels only.

I do it too, just doesnt look right with all that brake dust behind the wheels.

Take the wheel off....much easier to clean :smile:

Wash car once a week, clean wheels twice a week, behind the spokes, even the barrels and all.

This is one of the reasons I like the wheels, they are easy to clean.

I do not, preferring to exploit the color-juxtaposition/shading which highlights the face of the wheel.

I do try to clean it as much as I can with a brush, but I won't go crazy enough to remove the wheel for cleaning.

I clean inside the wheel too,...found this little puppy online! No I dont have anything to do with the company, Im just a detail Freak.
It works awesome!!! EZ-Detail brush.
Soap it up and work it in there, an voila....clean wheel innards!
It fits in all the little nooks and crannies between the brakes and the wheels inner rim. also cleans up the calipers pretty good too!

EZ-Detail is fantastic. I used it the entire summer and it seems to be holding up well and does not scratch the inside of the wheel. It saves a lot of time. It is well worth the money.

I use a small sponge behind the spokes. It does a good job but it's no fun and still takes forever to clean...the EZ-Detail brush looks like it might be a time saver. :w00t:

Every other car wash I remove the wheels and clean the entire wheel & tire. For those times inbetween I use Mother's Powerball Mini Polishing ball along with my battery powered drill to clean behind the spokes and to clean the wheel. I also use Zymol Wheel Sealer right after detailing the wheels every 3 months.
