DIY Request: Remove door panels to access the speakers.

I'd really appreciate it if somebody would post a how-to remove the door panels so I can upgrade the speakers. Thanks.

It's not too difficult to do. I have done it a number of times and it is easier after you have done it the first time.

The difference with the 135i is that there is no screw near the door handle. the screw is behind a plastic tab in the bottom door bin.

I used a metal paint scraper wrapped with a cloth instead of the ice scraper to pop the fixings off. It requires a fair bit of force. Start at the rear lowest corner.

The standard speakers are 4inch
