WTB: 19" Gunmetal CSLs + Tires for e90 - Paying $1,000
Hi guys. I'm looking to buy a set of used 19" Gunmetal CSLs with tires (must have decent amount of tread life) and TPMS installed. Must have perfect fitment on a 2008 335i sedan. Do not want rims with any curb rash or structural damage. Tires must be in perfect condition with only tread ware. I'm flexibile on my $1,000 offer but will only stay in the approximate neighborhood depending on the quality of what you have. If you have some of the above wheels you're looking to unload, send me a pm. I'll pay for shipping of course. Thanks for reading! |

Well I got quoted no a new set of 4 for $850. TPMS would be $200 and Generals would add about $600, approximately.
Since I'm looking for used ones, I admit that $1,000 is on the low end, but I posted that I am a bit flexible on price, taking into consideration the quality of the wheels and tires. I'm pretty sure that used wheels will have, at the very least, some road ware on them. I don't think my starting pricepoint is outrageous, and it is something I am willing to work with a buyer on. If it is crazy.. then I apologize for this post! |

i understand, but all that added up + shipping and tax would be around 2k, and as you stated, you want decent tread life and no damage whatsoever, which is neighboring impossible if all you're putting on the plate is 1k

Ya, I actually pm'd him earlier today.
Well I understand what you're saying, and I do agree with you that $1,000 is on the low end, but that's why I also stated that I'm flexible depending on the quality. If anyone has similar rims offering them out for $1,400.. I'm hoping we could meet somewhere in the middle. I'm in no hurry since the standard e90 sport rims aren't too hideous, so I'm hoping to eventually find a seller who can meet me somewhere closer to my price point. I don't doubt that the $1400 is a good price for those wheels, I just don't see the point of buying used if I could get new ones for around $250 more. |
