Wagonwork is a bit over rated, but there paint matches extremely well..but the rest isnt that good, such as taking things apart and putting them together. I had my doors repainted there since some idiot keyed it. and the color matched very well, but they half assed everything, such as not polishing it well enough and i could see all the marks from it, i was very disappointed, also when i got my car, the door lock wouldnt go all the way down because they didnt install teh door panels right. over all...it wasnt that great of a place. |

ek9hatch00: Agreed on their skill to match paint. I just had my front bumper resprayed...but I was a touch disappointed they missed a rock chip on the other end of the bumper (it was merely touched up). I had to confirm with them if they did indeed spray the whole bumper eventhough the paintwork was impeccable. Of course they apologized profusely of the oversight.
I also can't believe they insist for an appointment just for them to look at the car...and then they need to make another appointment for you to bring it in. I guess sometimes, when you're too big and in demand, you get sloppy...

NT Body Shop in Alexandria was used once by me, I had a major accident on 495 beltway with my Charcoal Gray E320. this freaking idiot was crossing the beltway trying to play Chicken with the cars and was the lucky one to meet the idiot personally over my hood and busted windshield.
NT Body Shop 1999 did a great job fixing the car, for they are the body shop used by HBL Mercedes. If it didnt change ownership, I highly recommend them. btw, the idiot didnt come thru with with promise to pay my deduction and also didnt show up in court. I really didnt mind, I was just glad he's alive, looking back, it was kinda tragic-comedy. Im just glad I didnt kill the idiot, for I hate a little "X" painted on my driver's upper door frame.
