They look too far out of the wells. This may not affect ride quality, actually might be better for handling. But from photo #3 I have a nagging thought that dirt and debris coming off of the wheels will scratch the sides of the car quickly, unless mudguards are installed.

z1ppo325i, do you have the sport suspension on your 325? The wheels seem to fit quite nicely.
