How would u rate ure mods???

Hi everyone,

We all want our bmw's to look good but within some budget!

How would u rate u r need for mods?

I just got my 325i and I am looking for mods like crazy sometimes I feel what the hell is wrong with me..I am at work and I am surfing...I am at home and getting late to go with my girl and I am still surfing...so I decided to get some input from all of us bmw lovers...

On a scale of 1 to 10. I being most imp. and 10 being least...I will write up a list the way I feel which of the mods are most imp. and please give me ur input..so its easy for me to plan my budget...and add items u want in the list so I can get some ideas...

1. Wheels
2. tinting
3. rear spoiler
4. front bumper lip
5. roof spoiler
6. side skirts
7. exahust
8. Sport Springs and Sway Bars
9. steering wheels
10. engine upgrades
11. Strut Brace
12. other interior things like (brake grip, shift knob etc.)

Please give u r input for all of us newbies in this BMW world...

Thanx

Chrome - necessary with my monaco blue... black exterior trim didnt go well...

msport interior (steering, shift knob, handbrake) - great mod I come in contact with daily...

Tint - great look, but should have gotten HO tint to avoid the amount of heat I get... (I have a charcoal tint now)

162's - great rim, and glad I upgraded from the 161's

12mm rear spacers - great look again,

cf front splitters painted - good look, but maybe should have saved my money...

If you didnt get the sport package, things are going to be difficult... you will have to buy an airbag if you choose to do msport steering wheel (really expensive), wheels mods are a must, and less comfortable seats...

Sports package was an absolute must for me...

I think I shall put on the chrome exhaust tips since my car will be jet black and leave it at that, maybe short shifter but I will see how I go

I think the first mods that I will do is the windows tints, I don't like the car with out them it make me fell that I'm driving in a fish tank but that's just me , then I will get the LUX rings or the PMB but that mods are not relative expensive so

I think the body kit ( ACS) is the most important mod is what is going to make your car stand out, the 1st that I will buy will be the front bumper , follow by the rear spoiler, then rear bumper, then the side skirts, I personaly don't like the roof spoiler but if I found a good price ( like a group buy) I will get it if not I preffer to save the money to buy the M steering wheel

after that I will get the wheels, and then the exhaust system.

then everything else

2. Short Shifter
3. Rear Spoiler

Kit should be one of your last mods. Springs and wheels first...

This is true. Wheels make the car, so might as well be rollin on somthing nice until you get to making the rest of the car pretty. Tint should also be another first Mod because.. well it's necessary.

It probably makes it feel shorter, but I was referring to a short shift kit. Which actually reduces the throw by a noticeable amount.

I have the oem boot and knob which makes a pretty big difference. The throw isn't really that bad at all but the knob made it difficult to take advantage of that. It also is in a better position for me to grab now height-wise.
