Trying to buy sunglass holder.. please help

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I want to put the BMW sunglass holder (part #51-16-7-132-376) in my 330i instead of the ash tray. I can't find it on Pacific BMW's web site. I just tried calling them but they said they don't do phone orders anymore!

Any suggestions on where else I can order it and have it shipped to me? Trying to avoid driving to the dealer.

For them to order one for you. You have to pay in advance that's what my dealership told me over the phone.

Um, thanks for the reply but I don't really understand what you're suggesting? There's not even a verb in your sentance...

Actually, there are several and I have highlighted them:

Well I finally found a dealer that will at least let me order the part over the phone. Most dealers didn't want to do it because of "identity theft reasons" .... for a $29 part. Yikes.

Anyway, thanks um, JSpira (I just joined the CCA BTW), for showing me verbs, and thanks saurav27.

your dealer will get it for you but just know that you'll have to remove the trims to install it. just be careful not to scratch / crack them

I understand this response, you have to pay in advance before ordering, very easy to understand. Let us know what they tell you.

I have ordered many parts through my dealership, and I do not pay for them until they arrive. It might be though because I have ordered probably about 10-15 parts through them that they know I will be paying for them and picking them up...
