ATF Questions

Hi,

I do have 325i E90 2006 Automatic with around 65,000 miles. Do I have to change the transmission fluid? If yes, which fluid should I use?
If I change it by myself instead of going to the dealer, do I have to do some reset?

The service/maintenance manual (you have one of those right?) says 100,000 miles.
