My muffler delete (pics+vids)

Just did the muffler delete mod. I had a hard time to shell out $2k just for an exhaust system. I have heard several members' 335i with this mod, and it sounded like those exotic exhaust system. So I made up my mind and did it. It looks good and sounds even great. For $250, I got myself a new "system"

Under the car and 4" tips flush with the bumper:

I have the muffler delete too and in no way does it compare to stock with just the golf tee mod. Muffler delete is way louder but i couldnt even imagine being stock again.

Everyone has different preferences. Trust me, I'm very picky about the tip location. This is my second set of tips. I don't like the tips stick out so this time I made them flush. Here's my old setup:

No the resonator is still in place. You can hear the drive-by sound clip in here with AutoCouture's muffler deleted E90.

Edit: I just saw the post "resonator still in place." Sorry.
Edit again: I just saw the "drive by post above." Sorry again.

Any chance you weighed the mufflers? I bet you just dropped 50lbs from your car.

Sounds good.

LOL almost makes you think why even bother having a muffler in the first place

OP: It looks and sounds great! I agree with you on the flush look of the tips....MUCH cleaner and less "cheap" looking
