1200 Mile service done today... Lime Rock tomorrow

OK, so I won't be driving ON the track tomorrow, only driving TO the track. I was not certain that I would have full break-in by this track day so I made a decision not to drive a couple of weeks ago. Good thing too, since she's not fully ready for a track day and I'm not much on "holding back" on track.

Will impatiently wait for the next track day. Maybe I'll even get some track wheels and tires by then. Oh well... it's still a beautiful ride up to Northwest CT's most famous track.

Bob,
If you are anxious for some track time, join COM at Watkins Glen on the 20th and 21st. Registration is still open at http://www.comscc.org
I think I might drive my M3 up as backup in case my race car breaks, as is the norm, but I am not sure yet. We do HPDE on the 20th and time trials on the 21st, with probably a serious amount of open track time after time trials in the afternoon, in addition to the two morning practice sessions. Last weekend we ran at NHMS, and wound up with 4 30 minute sessions on day 1, 2 20 minute practices on day 2, time trials (3 hot laps), and 2 hours of open track.
