e92 roof rack
Is the roof rack supposed to have a slight gap? It’s not perfectly flush but it is extremely solid & screwed to the car really well..... Is their way to make it perfectly flush? The Gap is about half an inch. Is that normal?.... i hope i installed it correctly

mine didn't have that much gap. if you look underneath on the crossbars there is an arrow showing you the direction and place each one is supposed to face (front and rear). I had a slight gap, but i'd say credit card width

Reviving this thread. Was this an accurate install with the gap like that? I have the same thing and just wanted to verify it was done correctly
