Noob question

Yeah i was wondering if i could change my Halogen headlights to "angel eyes headlights"? And if anyone has done it, did you get any error message or anything? I heard of ppl saying that when they change their Taillights to LED, that some error message pops up. I dont even know if im making sense but, any reply would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, what a noob you are, Sir!

You need a Xenon conversion (new headlamps) that will come with these angel eyes (from the factory) and you should not have a problem with the errors(?). I know that there is a way to retrofit some rings into a Halogen headlamp housing but this is generally thought of as a process that yields second rate Commieesque crap.

Also, changing to xenon/angel eye lights would be very pricey, Id suggest going with an HID kit and spending your money on other mods like wheels, suspension, and blacklines (if ur e90 is the non lci version)

thanks for the replies. Any input on a Dual projector Headlights? I'm thinking that for my 2nd option since xenon headlights will cost me an pinky toe.

Oh and if you do ever decide to get xenons/angel eyes, id suggest getting the euro version because it doesnt have the ugly amber reflectors.

I'd generally say it's not worth it.

A true OEM headlight replacement and retrofit will be expensive. Beware of cheap knock-offs. Ebay is not your friend.

If you just want the "look" there's tons of options out there.

No, there arent tons of options out there. You really dont have any options unless you buy some cheap knockoff headlights. just, give up. I have asked this same question and i realized its better to just forget about it.
