Is it fine?

Hello, to you all I'm a new member in this forum. First of all congratulations for this forum which I think it's fantastic. However here my problem. I want to buy a M3 e46 2002 with 70000km, it has Harman Kardon, disc changer, BBS LEMANS, sunroof, sport seats, parking sensors and 1 year warranty. They sell it to me for 30000€. Is it a good deal? or it's a bit old? too many km? Should I buy it?

i wouldnt e46 m3 to me is outdated...do yourself a favor and get an e92
