Just use a screwdriver..It doesn't scratch the paint to bad.. JP don't do that, Ive always just heated it with a hair dryer or a lighter and when it soft enough put a rag over a screwdriver and pry her up.

Try Bavarian Autosport, they also have a DIY on the removal and installation.

here is how I did mine

I use masking tape to prevent scratching the car paint. the back is easy, but take your time for the front.
