335d Owners- What are you paying for fuel?

I'm in the Chicago suburbs, been paying roughly $2.25/gal recently, which is about a nickel cheaper than premium gas. Traveled through PA recently and diesel was about $2.50 vs ~$2.25 for premium. Just curious how it varies in other parts of the country.

If I would have a diesel (!), I would feed it with heating oil. Mayb it doesn't worth it in USA, but here it is heavily taxed and you save 40%. I know somebody who had a large oil tank at home, but heated with electricity. He owned a Volvo 245D.

You guys should avoid coming to the uk we'd love to pay $2.25 for a gallon (even if it is your smaller US gallon)

standard diesel here is about $1.49 per litre, so about $5.67 per US gallon
premium diesel comes in at pretty much $6 per US gallon

Costs me about $88 to fill up when the warning light comes on.

Garage List
In San Diego, diesel is about the same price as 87 regular unleaded gas. Quite a bit cheaper than the premium unleaded we have to put into our BMW engines. Perfect for my Jetta TDI that averages 38 mpg combined city and highway. Higher mileage and cheaper fuel.

Roughly $2.35/gal diesel and $2.75/gal premium 91 octane.
