Ipod Interface on 335i Sedan ?
Hi Guys,
I'm a bit new to the forum...so i know the repurcussions of posting without searching...i searched ipod + 335i sedan and came up with nothing. Does anyone know whether the new ipod interface will be standard in the 335i sedan? It looks like a fantastic integration (the best i've seen of all manufacturers) I've reviewed the wholesale/retail pricesheets and did not see it on there... thanks! |

I order my e90 335i last weekend and asked about that option and it is a dealer installed option. Asked about a price and the CA said it will probably be around $150 + installation. Then I said so it will be $300 and the CA said yeah that will probably be the price. I think that is a little steep. $200 maybe but $300 that is a little hard to swallow. I think I will need to work on getting that thrown in when we finalize on the price.

Damn, I was hoping it would be about 150 + install...

I am content with running it through my AUX input and using an air click to remote control the iPod. Much cheaper solution, and it works. I really dont need to see the track on my headunit anyhow, and hitting a button on a remote is just as easy as hitting a button on my steering wheel or on the radio itself. Ed |
