Window rattle is getting to me. Any ideas?
The passenger door window is creaking against the rubber trim. Dealer tried replacing the rubber trim. We also tried GummiPflege and carbaflo. Nothing has worked. The best I was able to do is to get rid of the creak for a few days by following a detailer's advice which was to wash the rubber with water and soap and then apply talcum powder to it. This worked better than any other lubricant but it left unsightly white poweder all over the trim and it eventually wore off after a week or so. This is driving me insane I am about to rip the door off.....

My E91 does that on all 4 doors, especially as the weather warms up, just like my E46 did. No remedy works for more than a short while. I guess the Germans don't mind it, cuz they sure didn't fix it in the E9x.
