I have a question, I was installing this and notice the black plug that came with mine was different from the pictures...does it matter how the plug is plugged in? Also I had my angel eyes flicker when i locked the car...is that power surge normal? Thanks!

The correct orientation can be seen here:

The AiBs will only light up if plugged in the correct way.

would've had mine installed in less than 15 but your instructions aren't clear on which direction to hook the stock connector up to the new driver. So I had to take the lid off and switch it around, but still only took 15 minutes. They look really good.

Tom, I'm doing mine as I type this. As the others have said, the connector is different on my kit as well and I also had to plug it in the other way around.

BTW, you guys should've mentioned that small hands are required to do this. Also, getting your bulb to tighten...wasn't easy either.

In the end, car looks awesome!!! Pics will be up on the weekend.

I did cut my fingers a few times trying to get the bulbs in, but it was worth it

The space is no doubt ridiculously small, but here's what I did to tighten the bulb. When I graduated college awhile back, I got various tools and such for graduation gifts. It turned out that I got duplicates of several of the items -- in this case the smallest size Sears Robogrip wrench. So I went and picked up some thin rubber tubing and, on the duplicate wrenches, I slid the tubing over the wrench's teeth. I use these for projects just like this.

Despite the super small opening that BMW provides to the light housing, the AngeliBright is a pretty quick and easy install. And they look amazing!
