Smile Anyone looking for a 2008 E93 M3?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is an interest in a slightly used 2008 E93 M3, fully loaded with 6MT, 18's etc.

Contact me directly, if anyone is interested in saving $15K-20K from new on this particular model.

Why are you selling if I may ask? Replacing with something better? Assuming that is possible.

Don't do it...

The M6 cab is a big pig that you will get bored of and lose a ton of money on and the sl600 is a car for the 60+ year old set. SL63 is a cool car but not that fast. Let me throw you the keys to C4S cabriolet pdk and then you'll see why we take so many "m" cars and benzes on trade.

Dont get me wrong - love the C4S, but the only people I see driving a C4S Cab are the "60+ year old set".

Cant imagine any of those cars being boring!

GL with the sale and whatever the next car turns out to be!

If you need to buy now, go for the SL63....that thing is a beast and very beautiful

m6 ragtop is crappy and ugly with the top up, and if you're considering the Aston, you might as well get a Jag XKR and save yourself the money as they look the same.

If you want good looks and noise wait 6 months for the Maserati Granturismo Spyder...that would be my choice if i had around 150K lying around!

I agree completely, except the JAG to ASTON part

Aston Martin is a beautiful looking car, which performs at an astonishing level as well!
The Vantage Roadster/Coupe would be my ideal choice if I switch from my M3 cab. I know it has the soft-top but who cares, the lines still flow smoothly and its going to be a strict summer car. I already have a lexus gs as a dd.

Plus the JAG is owned by TATA motors and has lost its prestige and appeal to me, and its a bit of an old man's slushmobile....no offence to anyone

The vantage drives way better and looks sporty as well.

However, where did you hear about the maserati spyder releasing this year? I thought it wasnt getting released until next year.
I am calling ferrari tomorrow if thats the case

Yes I do work for Porsche but I've owned and driven for extended periods a lot of cars and I'm a car guy through and through. SL63...facelift on a 6 year old car. MCT is cool, PDK is better considering we first used the double clutch back in the early eighties when it comes to performance tech. we're the leaders. SL600 is a nice car, no doubt about it but too heavy. The demographic of a C4S cab owner is closer to 35-55 yrs old. I can't disagree with the looks comment to each their own. Tell me if I'm wrong but isn't the 600 still using the transmission from the 90s because of Torque issues? It's no doubt the car is a monster but pinnacle, far from it. And don't get me started on Astons...English built, slow, unreliable talk to any Aston owner and you'll find out why you don't want to own one.

And not true I have owned the R230 SL600 previously and I am from an age group which is generations away from the 60+ group
The SL600 was one of the best cars I had, which wasnt as crisp as the M3 in corners. But hey I am not a tracking person.

The TwinTurbo V12 in the 600/65AMG series is just epic, and represents the pinnacle of automobile engineering.
I mean the performance and luxury you get from these 6 vehicles is simply staggering.
(S/CL/SL 600 and S/CL/SL 65 AMG).

Trust me once you have owned a V12, you will understand where I am coming from.

I am sorry but I think all porsches are really ugly and yes I might get flamed for this... Porsches just arent my cup of tea..people worship the turbo...and they should its quite a car...but I would rather keep my M3 then buy a porsche

Or if I was still going to change still....I would consider the Vantage Convertible. Which arent the most powerful cars, but they make the right noise and are drop-dead gorgeous

P.S. On a side note do you by any chance work for porsche

The only thing that I can say about Porsche Cabs is that all my clients that have them are middle aged women.I run into my friends wife in her Turbo cab quite often at Starbucks on the way to work.I love the newer 911's but I would only own a coupe,as the cab is way too comprimised in strutural integrity to be a serious performance car.A GT3 in my future would be nice

This is a 06 C2S with 2500 kms that I delivered to a good looking woman last week

They won't be delivering the Spyders till early 2010, but builds will start this year for sure. One of my co-workers was debating waiting for it, but picked up the coupe instead...it sounds sooooo very nice revving and such a sweet burbling sound when you let off the gas

I love the coupe, but everyone that I have seen on the road has been driven by a chic and I am pretty sure the spyder will be same, not that this is a problem!

The Maserati coupe circa 2006 (when Maserati had 2 coupes available, one named the "coupe and one the "gransport")....I fully agree was a chic car, I only saw women driving them... and more men driving the "gransport".

The new Granturismo is much more of a man's ride, although as usual convertible versions tend to attract more women....then again, I have no problem with my M3 convertible attracting more women, so take it for what it's worth I say!

Interesting thing too is the Granturismo spyder will be a hardtop convertible...for those of us who choose creature comforts over all out performance.
