Steering...

My steering shows sign of resistance when backing up to the left. Also sometime there is a clicking noise from the font driver side. Also the car doesn’t fell stable at high speeds I mean 75 mph and above. The steering seems to be swaying/shaky all around even on the tiniest of bumps. My Honda civic seems to be more stable.

Can anyone chime in on what might the issue be? I have a 2007 E90 without the sport package and still under 50k warranty.

Is the car stock, and if not what has been changed recently?

Dealer time. Maybe it needs an alignment, maybe your tires need to be replaced. I agree it's not normal though, so take it in while it's still under warranty.
