F'd up something w/ undercarriage
On my way home tonight i was goin home the back roads and came around a corner and there was a decent size rock in the road, didn't have enough time to react and went right over it and hit hitting it I bent something under my car, now its rubbing against something, either exhaust or drive train (sounds more like drive train).
Before this turn down the road there was a jetta with a flat tire so he had to hit it also and knocked it over to my side Im looking for pics of the undercarriage of a '06 E90 330 at the front end, i did a search but didnt find any good pics. Also the piece i bent up is right in the middle of the car and its metal, anyone know what this piece is? I haven't gotten a good look at it yet b/c its to late but imma check it out tmrw morning. Thanks for any pics of the undercarriage or any info on what the metal piece is encasing

Just got back from taking a look at it. Its the stiffening plate that was bent up, its right infront of were the oil would be drained. I removed the plate and now im trying to bang it back to a position were it wont rub anything. The bolts were on really tight so imma have to get it up on a lift and ensure its all tight.
