Piece of plastic or rubber behind my grills

today i noticed tehre was a piece of plastic or rubber hanging behind my right grill. anyone know where or how it could have fallen off? it's not moving at all as i did some freeway driving and it didn't budge.

Not sure, but that might go between the radiator and frame or radiator and ac condenser.

i did hit 145 a few hours before i noticed this but i doubt that alone would cause it. should be a warranty fix right?

How did I know you were my Armenian brother with a bimmer from Glendale
Dont get busted going that fast, ye you can get that fixed at the dealer.
