Need OBDII diag tool for my 320d

I have a 2009 320d here in the US. I need a diagnostic tool to read and clear codes for it. Note, this vehicle is sold for European/UK distribution. Therefore, the dealers here, at least in the Midwest States have no tools to service it...help.
