buffers did not want change, you can put springs from other brands outside the springs bmw series to further lower the car?

Yes. For a while. Till your stock suspension blows. At which point you either need to upgrade to full coil overs or you need to revert back to stock springs and take it in for "warranty" work.

i dont know what you said... but you should also change out the shocks and struts when you change out your spring. otherwise they will blow prematurely

In the long run it'll be cheaper to just buy a full suspension setup from the beginning.
