problem when installing chipburner , please help

is there any problem running this with Windows VISTA ?

i try to burn chips using vista on my PC and get error messages as well....my pc always says it doesn't recognize the processor.

yeah with Vista its really hard. Just find a Pc with XP . Vista sucks anyway, worst operating system ever.
