Rubber Lip at Wheel Wells
Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knew what the rubber lip found on the front part of the wheel well was used for? I see these usually on European cars like MB's and Mini's. It looks almost like a mini splash guard but it's mounted in front of the tire as opposed to behind the tire on the wheel well. Thanks, Rich |

Thanks! Has anyone ever scraped it against the ground? I did the other day after going over a crater in the road. I guess I'm lucky I scraped that instead of the front lip of the car.
