I have a ZHP knob but dont have the plain insert because it never came like that. It came with a 5spd or 6spd pattern.

LeatherZ would have that plain shift pattern that you are looking for. Try to order the ZHP knob through them and request the plain shift pattern. They charge extra though, costing $90.
