How do these tires look for the winter on 335I?

So I still have my G35 coupe winter setup from last year and I was thinking of using the tires (dunlop winter sport m3) on my oem 18's The tricky part is however they are not the perfect tire sizes. They are OEM g35 size.. 225/45/18 and 245/45/18. The setup is larger than the oem tires and wheels however they are pretty comparable to my E46 M3 19's that worked on my 330XI perfectly.
