Cool Original brake pad thickness??

Hey guys,

Just came back from my Inspection I and I'm at 23,000miles.

My brake pad thickness was front: 10mm rear: 9mm.

What is the original thickness?

Couldn't find the info anywhere on the net... and want to use that to determine est. life of the pads based on the driving style for the 23,000miles.

Thanks!

Per the TIS minimum brake pad lining thickness is 3mm both front and rear.
New Z4M OE Textar pads are 14mm thick front and 12mm rear. You've got plenty of brake pad remaining.

Thanks Jim!

Judging by the MASSIVE amounts of dust left behind from the OE pads, I woulda thought I'd be going through them like fat kid in a cupcake store.
