its the same as the rev2 only difference is code clearing ability. you can chk vishnutuning website for more info.

How old is this unit? I think REV II is out?

2 years old. yes it comes with V3 PNP harness. Never had a single issue with it (not a single code). Not much difference in power between Rev1 and Rev II if I'm not mistaken. The main difference is that Rev II is canbus enabled and goes for 600 $+ used

the remotes allow u to change between the two preloaded maps (for example one stock or valet and one maximum power)

Are you able to add the Canbus?

And is the software(or firmware up-to-date), up dated maps for Meth?

If bought used would the updates still be free of charge?

I haven't updated it in the last 6 months (not sure if it's the latest firmware). You can update the firmware and maps from vishnu for free.

The meth map is not loaded on it but like any other map, if it's available from vishnu you can uploaded for free. The canbus support is not something that can be added...it's different hardware (Rev II) which will obviously cost more. Please check the forum for all the info.

Paid for on November 18th.. STILL haven't received this.. Sent VIA Canadapost which sucks ass and has no updates other than "Item received by Foreign Country" wtf!! USE UPS NEXT TIME OR DON'T SHIP ANYTHING FROM CANADA!!!

On average Canada Post/USPS usually takes about 15 business days from ship date to reach destination. Yeah USPS isn't that fast but at least you don't get dinged with added charge of brokerage fees COD when it arrives as it would with UPS.

Thanks again and I would definitely recommend shipping UPS next time to the USA.
